Therapy with me is not about immediate symptom relief - it is the process of uncovering and healing the different parts of ourselves. These parts may include our emotional wounds, protective behaviours, and traits developed to navigate past challenges.
I believe each person has a wise, compassionate core self, capable of guiding and restoring balance within.
The process of therapy is about reconnecting with this true self, healing what’s been hurt, and creating healthier ways of being and connecting - embracing a more authentic, peaceful way of living.
I weave together a blend of approaches uniquely tailored to each person's story, drawing from attachment theory, parts work, mentalisation-based therapy, somatic therapy, psychodynamic therapy, EMDR, mindfulness practices, and acceptance and commitment therapy.
